My name is Randy i own a Dodge charger I came in Sunday to Bartels auto clinic in Carol Stream on Gary Avenue went in to get my brakes done all around and a oil change made appointment before I came service was very fast car rides like it’s new Ivan Hernandez, which is the general manager in David was very very helpful. Nice and polite didn’t stay for that long. They have free snacks can pops bottle waters and good coffee they have very very reasonable price so if you’re in Carol Stream, can you looking to get your car fixed Bartels is the number one spot to go in Carol Stream I give them five stars great job

Love the service here. Dave took the time to show me what was the issue with my car by taking me to it when it was lifted up. He pointed to the area and explained the issue. If i had questions he answered them in simple terms. Very friendly and professional group of people.
