I had a fantastic experience at Bartel's. My air conditioning was not working. They slotted me in at a convenient time, took me to the car to show me what they discovered, walked me through the choices for the repair work, and gave me a ride home so they could do the work and I could get on with my day. They turned around the repair work quickly and I once again have A/C - critical for summer here.
