Great service! I'm new to the area and looked on line for a place to take my Mercedes. There were so many good reviews that I thought I'd give them a try. I couldn't be happier. The work was done quickly and neatly. Thank you to the team at Bartel's for such a fantastic experience.

My car dealer's mechanics are on strike so I decided to bring my vehicle to Bartel's to have my air conditioner checked. I have all the confidence in the fact that they will figure out the problem. Adam Bartel was exceptional at keeping me updated as to what steps were being taken to fix the issue. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Was having an engine overheating problem with my Ford Explorer and would have taken it to my Ford dealership except their mechanics were on strike. Found Bartel's on the Internet, saw good reviews, and called them Friday morning for an appointment but worried that they would be backed up due to the strike. Service manager Stewart told me to bring it in right away to take a look at it. They diagnosed the problem while I was there, taking me into the shop area to see for myself, and pointed out several other problems as well. After being promised the car would be ready by Saturday noon, Stewart gave me a ride home. Later on Friday he phoned, describing some other optional work for which I agreed. Was picked up from home on Saturday, waited awhile for the car to be ready, and drove it home around 1 PM. Took a 120-mile trip the next day and the car performed perfectly. All in all an excellent experience, and will definitely consider Bartel's for future work.

Great experience coming in for our car's first oil change, while there the Bartel's mechanic realized there was an issue with our car which was still under warranty and gave us all the info to take back to the dealer. Coming from out of state it was very helpful to find a trustworthy service center so quickly!
