I work for a dealer group and haven't seen this level of customer service. While waiting for an oil change another customer came in to pick up a vehicle that wasn't running. Bartels couldn't figure out the issue but did a significant amount of work on it. One of the service directors apologized and said to just take the vehicle, and because it wasn't fixed, that they could discuss payment with a manager at a later date. That NEVER happens anywhere. It probably made that guys day.
