I just received an email to complete a survey regarding my recent visit. So, I thought that I would copy/paste my "other comments" here: Trevor explained thoroughly everything to me prior to picking up my Jeep. He provided me with a cost breakdown prior to me bringing it in. There was two items needed to be fixed as well. He contacted me first and gave me a quote & a detailed explanation for what/why the work needed to be done. He also arranged for a tow from my home to the shop, which was fabulous! He was very professional and I feel is an asset to your company. Picture perfect service on my Jeep and customer service! Thank you!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

I cannot express in words how appreciative I am of the excellent service that was provided to me at the Bartel's Auto shop!!! Adam and Joseph went above and beyond for me and explained everything in full detail! I felt like I was family and that is very rare at auto shops especially me being a woman. I so appreciate them and I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you guys for being so humble and trusting!!!

I had a flat tire at work in parking lot and it was repaired. They found what we thought was a nail in the tread of my tire. I called Bartel's to see if they could inspect it, plug it and replace the temporary tire with the full size. They said to bring it on in, no problem, at that was at 4:30 p.m. and no appointment necessary. Ben got it started and while I waited it was repaired and replaced in about 30 minutes. The prices was also very reasonable. Thanks for making it quick and easy!
