Fantastic! Personnel agreed with me and explain the process both on the phone and in person was polite friendly knowledgeable And positive. My car was ready and safe again in 45 minutes. They were thorough and double checked everything to make sure my car was safe. They did not high pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need. And the waiting room and bathroom were clean and sanitary! It was a pleasant experience unlike others I have had at dealerships. Thank you Bartels and all of your employees who worked with me and my car!

They were able to fit in my car repair the day I called. All employees were very courteous and friendly. I was able to obtain a courtesy ride home from there after I dropped off my car. My repair process was very impressive. I was kept informed with narrative descriptions and pictures of the deficiencies found along with the cost of each repair. The repairs were made the same day and was able to get my car back the same day. This was my first visit there and will definitely return!!

I had a fantastic experience at Bartel’s! Everyone there was incredibly friendly, they fixed my car up the same day, and I even was able to use a loaner vehicle for free during the day! I highly suggest Bartel’s, and I would definitely go back.

This was our first visit to Bartel's and that is because Scott J is now there. I shared with Scott some of the things I knew needed to be done and that we would be taking a small road trip in the near future. He had his team do a full overview of our vehicle and did find things that may have put us in a very bad situation on the road. The car is about 7 years old, so I was not surprised if he did find something. They sent pictures then called to explain. So much better than just calling, I need pictures! They did not recommend anything that was not needed. We were given time frames on one or two other needs that they will look at next year. See you next time!
