I have used Bartels for years, not only for oil changes but also repairs and never been disappointed in your service!

First time here and a Sunday, on a whim. Heard good things decided to try. Air conditioning was not working properly. Called, went and hopefully fixed because sometimes a leak is not prevalent right away. Very fair pricing. Going back in a week or so to have front brakes done.Jeremy was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with questions, status and quote for my next visit.

The staff and workers here are the most caring/knowledgable/kind/honest/respectful out there. I towed my car here even though I live 40min away because I know my car was in good hands. They never overcharge, try to sell you parts you don't need, or make you pay for a diagnostic. They always try to make time for you in their busy schedules. This is my favorite repair shop in IL.
